Effective January 1 2013, Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is very pleased to announce the adoption of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This Plan is another facet of Imagine One’s total benefits and compensation package and will allow all eligible employees to share in the continued growth of the company.
ESOPs are a mechanism to share the ownership of a company with its employees. Imagine One believes that the opportunity for employees to become owners will provide an additional incentive for hard work and dedication that is key to future corporate success and growth. This additional retirement plan benefit program provides a retirement package in the top 10% of all companies in the United States. The ESOP is designed with a goal to allow employees to enjoy a more comfortable and meaningful retirement in addition to their 401(k) savings.
