Position Description: Imagine One is seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for personnel supporting a variety of NAVAIR Programs specifically related to aircraft PMAs. Prior experience in a CSS Program Manager role highly desired. Acts as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Supervises contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements. A project management professional certification / DAWIA Level III certification is desirable. Experience with aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability is necessary.

Position Description: Imagine One is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Program Analyst in support of the PMA 261 CH 53K Avionics IPT in program planning and execution. Efforts will include assistance with acquisition documentation; Earned Value Management (EVM); prime contractor and Program Office Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); and evaluations of technical progress as compared to EVM metrics such as Cost and Schedule Performance Indices. Will provide PM and Systems Engineering interfaces and coordination for the CH 53K Avionics IPT, to include assessments and recommendations on detailed program schedules, and participation in PM and technical meetings with government and prime contractor representatives. May assist the development and staffing of briefings, point papers, reports, plans of actions and milestones, schedules, funding spreadsheets, or similar documents. Experience Requirements: The applicant must be a Program Analyst with relevant experience in logistics-related government program planning and management; and hands-on IMS development and management. Applicant have a working knowledge of USMC support organizations and processes.

The IT/Training Task Manager candidate must have a strong technical program background in IT, software development, E-Learning, and training.   A thorough understanding of SPAWAR and other DoD Organizations with demonstrated perfomance of leading respective teams.  Key elements include Technical and Management background supporting the DoD Communities in business development, program lifecycle and strategic planning.  CMMI experience also a plus!

Experience Requirements: Requires 12-15 years experience. Â MANPRINT's mission is to establish policies and procedures to ensure the soldier is the focus when developing weapon systems to include Human Systems Integration in the System Acquisition Process and to exercise primary staff responsibilities for the Soldier-Oriented Research and Development in Personnel, Performance and Training.

The Program Manager shall have experience in Public Affairs or Acquisition supporting a US Army program. Prior US Army experience a plus. The successful candidate will also have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management, Level II or Level III.

Program Manager shall possess the following requirements:
