Imagine One Awarded PMA-231 Contract

10 April 2013: Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd has been awarded a $54 million contract to support the E-2/C-2 Airborne Tactical Data System Program Office (PMA-231) under Program Executive Officer (Tactical Aircraft Programs) (PEO(T)) at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, MD. Work began March 1, 2013. Imagine One will provide program management and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support services to PMA-231. The team, led by Imagine One Vice President and Program Manager Steven Daczkowski, includes Booz Allen Hamilton, JF Taylor, Precise, Sabre and Zenetex.

 

Program management support includes financial support, acquisition management, production engineering and logistics, and technical execution and analysis for all in-service and production activities for the E-2/C-2 platforms. The contract includes support to the Program Security Manager (PSM) regarding program information security, personnel security, industrial security, technology protection, acquisition security, and operational security. 

Imagine One will also support the training community for the E-2 Operational Flight Trainer (OFT), the Weapons System Trainer (WST), and the Simulated Maintenance Trainer and Maintenance Training Suite (SMT/MTS).

PMA-231 is responsible for providing the E-2C Hawkeye, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, and C-2A Greyhound weapon systems with acquisition strategy, logistics and sustainment solutions in support of the Warfighter’s mission.

Imagine One to Support the Department of Veterans Affairs

10 October 2012: Southeast Operations has been awarded a Task Order (TO) under our Prime C4ISR MAC to provide program management support to SPAWAR in support of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (JAL FHCC). The JAL FHCC is a jointly operated facility between Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and DoD and includes a new federal ambulatory care clinic. Imagine One will provide program management, process improvement, quality assurance management, and technical editing services in support of the development and sustainment efforts to produce secure, testable applications and enhance existing software application code that will support the JAL FHCC mission and objectives. The goal of this effort is to enhance integrated patient care support and management information systems through the development and sustainment of the Interoperable Electronic Health Record (iEHR) system.

 

 

Imagine One awarded SBIR Phase III from Space and Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSCLANT)

11 November 2012:  Imagine One’s Southeast Operations, under VP Phil Charles, has been granted a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III award for Intelligent Technologies for Decision Making. This award derives from and extends the work performed in the SBIR Phase II. Task Order 1 work began 17 August 2012 and it is for one year plus 3 option years. This effort implements solutions by incorporating SBIR FY07.2-N07-146 intelligent technology approach for SPAWAR customers. The Imagine One Team will incorporate various types of Artificial Intelligence to enhance, automate and improve mission capability, force readiness, business processes, resource utilization, decision making and interoperability for key Navy and Joint Platforms in support of adaptive planning, provisioning, sustainment and Joint Program Office transition plan requirements. A key component of this effort will be the modular development of an Intelligent Technical Data Framework (ITDF) with dynamic tools and resources that are S1000D and business rule compliant and meet the C4ISR engineering, integration, installation and planning needs of multiple sponsors supported by SPAWAR. Two task orders are underway presently which will result in outputs such as intelligent interactive electronic technical manuals (I2ETM) and feedback loops between engineering teams and technicians performing baseline and optimized procedures for maintenance, installation and upgrades and provided feedback in accordance with ITDF requirements for streamlined decision making and SMART outputs.

Imagine One Wins V-22 Osprey Training Award

1 May 2012: Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. has been awarded a $39.5M contract to provide training, financial, technical and management support services for the PMA275 Joint Program Office Training Integrated Product Team (IPT). Team Imagine One will apply its expertise of V-22 simulators, training devices and the V-22 Aircraft to enforce customer vision, goals, and objectives as it pertains to training Marine Corps and Air Force V-22 pilots, crew chiefs, flight engineers and maintainers.

Team resources will also provide product reviews to include engineering, technical, budget, program management, and analysis tasking; and development of recommendations for technical, logistical and life cycle support for the Osprey V-22 Training System. Program Managers Steve Daczkowski and Neal Davidson will lead Team Imagine One which includes Camber, Valour, Sabre, CSC, and StraCon.  Contract performance will run March 2012 through March 2017 with work performed mainly at Patuxent River, MD and other locations including Kirtland AFB, NM and MCAS New River, NC.  This work is under the PMA275 V-22 Joint Program Office.

The V-22 is a growing military asset for transporting U.S. troops and supplies. More than 145 Osprey tilt rotor aircraft are in operation today. Marine Corps V-22s are deployed in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit for contingency operations, while Air Force Special Operations Command V-22s are deployed in support of National mission taskings. Imagine One Earns CMMI Level 3 Credential

23 January 2012: Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is now rated at Maturity Level 3 for the CMMI for Development v1.3 model. Imagine One achieved this rating after completing its Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class A on December 9, 2011, conducted by SEI partner, Acme Process Group. CMMI is an internationally recognized process im-provement approach developed by Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI). The development model contains best practices that help organizations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of product development.  In early 2011, Imagine One obtained a Level 2 rating, which focuses on management of specific projects. The Level 3 rating shows Imagine One’s processes function proactively across projects and at the organizational level. This credential assures customers that Imagine One is committed to process improve-ment in their software development processes and demonstrates its commitment to the quality and delivery of improved products to our customers.
